The coupons printed out are often reflective of the items the customers purchased during that particular trip to the store.

One of the easiest ways to keep track of coupons and other discount opportunities is to simply ask the store employees. They work at the grocery stores and often shop there themselves. Hence, at any given moment, they are likely to know what opportunities exist to give customers discounts. They would be likely to know whether there were dog food coupons on offer.
