March 29, 2011 – Many managers struggle at the annual appraisals to frankly and openly describe employee attributes without getting personal. The goal with any appraisal is to use performance review phrases which focus on the positive while not sugarcoating the attributes of the individual.

This type of professional attitude can help improve the general work environment and make others more productive to. Professionalism most relates to being able to handle stressful situations and having good timekeeping abilities for work attendance as well as promptness when attending meetings.
